I'm so excited to meet you!
I understand that going to a new salon can be a little intimidating, especially if you are unsure of what to expect.
So I've put together some additional information to help make your first visit as seamless and comfortable as possible.

Welcome!

You will receive a confirmation text and email 5 days prior to your appointment. There you will be given the option to confirm or reschedule your appointment.
You will also receive a reminder text 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: I require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee and/or loss of deposit. Fee's are 50% of scheduled service (example: Haircut = $50, cancellation fee = $25). This will be due before rebooking.
Pre-Visit
Please enjoy free WiFi as well as complimentary coffee, hot tea, water or snacks. Beer, wine, or hard seltzers are also available.
Feel free to bring books, laptops, or anything else you may need to either get some work done or catch up on social media while you get pampered.
Don't worry, we also have extra phone chargers for those "oh shit!" moments.
While You're Here

We are located at 403 16th St Mall, inside Urban Luxury Salon Suites in downtown Denver.
Parking can be a bit tricky and stressful when driving downtown. So we offer FREE parking at the underground Denver Pavilions lot. Located off 15th and Welton st. The entrance will be on the right hand side of the road. Address for parking garage: 1532 Welton St.
Once parked, the salon is located directly across the Denver Pavilions. On the corner of 16th and Tremont, look for the "sports fan" signage, our sliding doors are located to the right of that. Then take the elevator to the third floor.
Please give yourself plenty of extra time getting to the salon. Downtown is always full of surprises (accidents, construction, road closures, etc.).
Before You Enter


Upon entering the salon, you will be greeted by one of our amazing front desk girls. Enjoy the downtown views from our waiting area while they let me know that you are here.
Once comfortably in my suite, we will have a thorough consultation. This will be where I ask that you tell me all of your hair secrets! This is a judgement free zone, so please don't hold anything back. I ask that you be honest about your hair history, lifestyle, and goals. Pictures are encouraged! So feel free to show me all those screen shots or Pinterest boards.
Our First Visit
Before I start mixing color or snipping those locks, we will go over the game plan to make sure we are both on the same page.
Depending on the transformation, I may ask that we take a before and after picture if you are comfortable. Be sure to follow @Randi_doeshair on IG to see your pictures!
After we are done, depending on the maintenance schedule I suggest for you, we will either book your next appointment before you leave, or you can book directly through my website at www.StaticSalonDenver.com
All major credit cards, Venmo, and Paypal are accepted.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all guests, 48 hours advance notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or failing to arrive will result in a cancellation fee equal to approximately 50% of the service price.
Deposits: We require a $100 deposit on any appointment with a duration time of 4 hours or longer. Deposit will go towards your appointment the day of, and will be forfeited if appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
Late arrivals: Guests that arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
Adjustments: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut &/or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge.
Retail Exchanges: Should you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with, I will be happy to exchange the product within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Randi does great work! I recently moved away from my long-time hair stylist and was so nervous to let someone new do my hair! Randi was recommended to me and I'm so glad I have her a try!
